Returns and Exchanges

I will happily accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back to me within 21 days of
delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.  

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not apply to clip-on earrings.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I also can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in
value.
